Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and organization details. We use a third-party authentication provider to securely manage your login credentials.

Business Data You Provide

You may provide competitor and company names, domains, custom scan instructions, and your organization's business description (client context) used to frame AI analysis.

Scan & Report Data

AI-generated scan results, signals, reports, and the full prompts sent to AI services are stored in your account as part of your scan history.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, scan history, and report generation activity. We also track feature usage counts per billing period (such as scans run and reports generated).

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe webhook events are logged for payment processing integrity. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Radaronic Signals platform
• Process competitor scans and generate intelligence reports
• Send competitor and company data to Google's AI services for analysis
• Store AI prompts and responses as part of your scan history

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Google Gemini API (AI analysis) — Company names, domains, and your business description are sent for processing. Gemini may perform web searches to gather current publicly available information
• Modal (serverless compute) — Processes AI scanning and report generation jobs
• Supabase (database & authentication) — Stores your account data, scan results, and reports
• Stripe (payments) — Processes subscription payments and billing
• Resend (email) — If you enable email notifications, reports may be sent as attachments to your specified email addresses
• Vercel (hosting) — Hosts the platform and provides privacy-friendly analytics
• Legal requirements — When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and strict access controls ensuring each organization can only access its own data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, scan results, reports, and AI processing history for as long as your account exists.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, your data is preserved but your account will have read-only access.

We may retain certain data as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. AI Data Processing

The Service uses Google's Gemini AI to analyze competitors and generate intelligence reports.

When you run a scan, the following data is sent to Google's AI: company names, company domains, your scan configuration, and your organization's business description (if provided).

The AI may perform web searches to gather current publicly available information about the companies you are monitoring.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors and should be independently verified.

The prompts sent to AI and the responses received are stored in your account as part of your scan history.

10. International Data Transfers

Radaronic is based in the United Arab Emirates. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UAE, including the United States, where our service providers operate.

Our service providers include infrastructure, payment processing, AI, email, and hosting services based outside the UAE.

We take reasonable measures to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
