By accessing or using Radaronic Signals ("the Service"), operated by Radaronic ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

2. Description of Service

Radaronic Signals is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that monitors competitors for signals including funding rounds, hiring activity, product launches, executive changes, and market moves. The Service generates reports and insights based on publicly available information processed through artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Access to the Service is provided through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• A paid subscription is required to access platform features. Without an active subscription, your account has read-only access to your existing data
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account with read-only access
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm another individual or organization
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond intended API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Radaronic and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.

Reports and insights generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not publicly distribute or resell generated reports without our written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze publicly available data and generate insights. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

The AI may use web search to gather information from publicly available sources, which may include unreliable, outdated, or incomplete data.

Reports and signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, or business advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions based on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radaronic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, your account will be suspended with read-only access. Your data will be retained unless you request deletion.

You may request a copy of your data by contacting us before account closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
